The oil subsidy vote was all about the money. Those who voted to keep tax subsidies in place for Big Oil got five times as much money from industry as those who voted the other way.

These idiots showed their true colors and why there is a problem in D.C......The Republicans say they want to reduce spending....b.s. that's what it is......they sure blew this chance.....they want to reduce or eliminate medicare but they want to reduce corporate taxes and taxes for the wealthy.....their agenda is very clear.......between this and Paul Ryan they have awaken a "sleeping giant".....democrats will get out in droves in 2012 and elect overwhelmingly whoever the democrat candidate will be...also who are going to see some ONE TERM SENATORS.....they really make me sick to my stomach and I am ashamed of them as they really don't care about the middle working class and poor.....just their wallet and staying in power.....
ReplyDeletesad state of affairs.....
Jerry I am as well and I am REALLY sick of those on the Democratic side who continue to vote with the Republicans. These three Dems need to be removed. If they want to run again then they can run as Republicans because as far as I am concerned...that is what they are. I hope that the Democrats will come out in groves during this next election and that we don't have a re-play of the mid-term elections.
ReplyDeleteI'm part of the sleeping giant that has been awakened! I'm a middle of the road person that listens fairly to both sides. This has sickened me to the extent that I will do everything I can to defeat those who voted NO on ending subsidies to the oil companies. Since I'm in Florida....RUBIO, are you listening???
