Being here in Colorado again I am now realizing that many here are voting based on fear of the "scary black man". 

Their justification is economy, smaller government, parroting Fox Propaganda, but MANY of these people honestly believe that the President is a Muslim. When did Colorado people get so damn stupid? Many have said...have you watched 2016? Seriously? 

Many of these people are "Christians" who are voting for "the Mormon" who they have spent their whole lives calling a "cult" but better then the "scary black man who is a Muslim and those Muslims all want to kill us" I've been where you are!

11:00: Ryan reminds the convention of the need to protect the weakest among us. It’s too bad that his budget would drastically cut the programs they rely on. Religious leaders have described Ryan’s budget as a “immoral disaster” that “robs the poor.” At the same time, it gives the rich and corporations $3 trillion in tax breaks.

Who uses "entitlements"?

In this small Texas town that is 90% republicans and teabaggers, I have noticed a huge amount of people here who are on unemployment, welfare, food stamps, social security disability and medicare.  Same goes for the small republican town in Colorado that I was raised in.  Now with that said, I hardly know any democrats who use these "entitlements" unless they are really hurting and that is a fact.  My hubby just talked to our neighbors who are both retired with a good pension, get medicare and hit five different food banks around this area each month.  AND YET, they allow their party to do this!-Mem
